Dr Bence Bauer LL.M. was born in Budapest in 1979, however he lived more than 20 years in Germany where he completed legal studies and took both state examinations in law, including the bar exam. In Hungary, he acquired a postgraduate qualification in the field of comparative law and state studies at the Andrássy Gyula German Language University of Budapest. He was working for the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung as project coordinator and deputy director for ten years and was responsible for education programmes in Hungary, internships, scholarships, partnerships and political reports and background papers. Before that as first Central European he chaired European Democrat Students, the students´ organisation of the EPP which is the biggest political student organisation of the continent. In this capacity he was ordinary member of the Political Assembly of European People’s Party.
